Refund & Return Policy

Womancart Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") values customer satisfaction and ensures compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy applies to all purchases made on www.womancart.com.au (the "Site"). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  2. After 24 Hours: Cancellations after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis. If processing has begun (e.g., packaging or shipping), cancellation may not be possible.
  3. Exceptions: Orders marked "Ready to Ship" may be ineligible for cancellation if they are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
  4. Delays & Stock Unavailability: In cases of unforeseen delays or stock unavailability, we will refund the full amount.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty, skincare, hygiene items)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Exchanges

For faster processing, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 24 hours of receiving the product with an unboxing video.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on the nature of the issue.
  • Failure to report the issue within 24 hours makes the product ineligible for return.

7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance

Under ACL, you are entitled to:

  • A refund, replacement, or repair if an item has a major fault.
  • A replacement or repair if an item has a minor defect.
  • A refund if the item is not as described, does not function as expected, or is unsafe.

8. Cases Ineligible for Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size provided by the customer.
  • Fitting issues (unless custom sizing was selected).
  • Minor color variations due to photography.
  • Dislike of fabric or design.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

9. Return Process

  1. Notify Womancart within 24 hours if your product has defects, damages, or other issues.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Email within 2-3 business days (returns without authorization will not be accepted).
  3. Ship the item back following our return instructions (tracking required, return shipping at your expense).
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will assess and notify you of the outcome.
