Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch.

  • To cancel, email support@womancart.com.au with your order details.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags, boxes, and accessories).

  • Mandatory: A clear unboxing video from package opening to product inspection must be provided as proof for damage/defect claims. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
